In the cleaning market, trust is the primary conversion barrier. Users are not just looking for cleaning — they are looking for a service they can trust with their space. CoralClean is a Tallinn-based cleaning service where visitors need to quickly understand the offering, feel confident about the team, and easily submit a request from any device.

Context

The Tallinn cleaning market is highly competitive and users make decisions quickly, most often from mobile. The problem: most websites in this niche fail to build trust — they are text-heavy, unclear in structure, and do not explain "why choose us". CoralClean needed a site that functions as a trust point: clear, structured, and persuasive without pressure. We designed the UX as a system for removing doubts: each block answers a key user question.

Problem

What was broken

  • hard to quickly understand services and their differences
  • trust is not formed: no visible team, reviews, or guarantees
  • unclear how to book: form is hard to find, path is obscure
  • mobile scenario is underdeveloped
  • no visual proof of quality

What was at stake

  • conversion drops due to lack of trust and unclear booking path
  • users leave for competitors with clearer offers
  • brand perceived as generic, not reliable
  • mobile traffic fails to convert

Goal

Build a UX system where the user:

  • quickly understands services and their value
  • feels trust towards the team and process
  • easily submits a request from any device
  • gets answers to key questions without calling

Strategy

  • Trust-first structure: trust and clarity first — action second
  • Social proof integration: team, reviews, guarantees as architecture
  • Short path to request: form accessible without being intrusive
  • Mobile-logic: scenario written for mobile users
  • Service clarity: each service understandable at a glance

UX Decision Logic / Gallery

Hero screen: value and trust in 5 seconds

The main screen immediately answers "what is this and why should I trust it": a clear headline with a value proposition, a trust-reinforcing subheadline, and a visible CTA.

Trust block: why people trust us

Trust is not declared — it is shown. A block with the team and key facts removes the doubt "who are you". Critical for markets where users let strangers into their space.

Human factor: team as an argument

We show real people, not a generic "professional team". Photos, names and descriptions directly answer "who will come to my home".

Services: structure for fast selection

The services grid is built so users can scan the offer in seconds and find what they need. Each card is clear: scope, condition, key details.

Social proof: reviews and results

The reviews block is a functional part of the conversion path — placed strategically after service discovery and before the request form.

Mobile UX: same route, no loss

The mobile version is not just a responsive layout — we re-thought reading and interaction logic for touch devices.

Quick request: form without friction

The request form follows the minimum friction principle: only essential fields, clear labels, visible submit button.

What we did

  • Designed the Trust-first site structure: route from discovery to request
  • Built the hero screen with a strong value proposition and visible CTA
  • Created a convincing trust block: team, facts, guarantees
  • Built service structure for fast scanning and selection
  • Integrated social proof into the conversion route
  • Designed mobile-first UX with minimal friction for requests
  • Built the request form on the "minimum effort" principle

What we did NOT do

  • Did not use aggressive urgency triggers and pressure
  • Did not overwhelm users with long walls of text
  • Did not use manipulative UX patterns
  • Did not sacrifice mobile experience for desktop aesthetics
  • Did not replace real trust arguments with decorative design

Results

For the user

  • Fast understanding of services and value proposition
  • High trust in the team and process
  • Easy request submission from any device
  • Clear answers to key questions without calling

For the business

  • Conversion increase through removal of trust barriers
  • Professional brand perception strengthens reputation
  • Mobile traffic converts effectively
"Trust in cleaning is built not by words — but by structure, team visibility and transparent process."

Why this case is a UX reference

CoralClean demonstrates how trust-first architecture drives conversion in high-trust-barrier niches. In service businesses, users decide not when "the design looks nice" but when they understand: who will come, what they will do, and why they can be trusted. That is exactly what UX solves.

FAQ

The user is letting strangers into their private space. The trust barrier is higher than average. Site structure, team visibility, reviews, and transparent process are mandatory conversion elements, not options.

Most searches for "cleaning Tallinn" or "cleaning Harjumaa" come from mobile devices. If the request form is inconvenient on mobile, you lose your primary traffic.

Through clarity of offer and team trust. If the user understands "who will come" and "why you are better" — price becomes secondary. UX solves this through structure and content.

Structure. Beautiful design without a clear route does not convert. The user must understand within 5 seconds: what you do, why you are trusted, how to order.

Through modular page architecture: each service is a separate structural block that can be added without rebuilding the entire site.
