3D Reklaam — holographic 3D fan sales & rental + custom 3D video production for your brand

3D Reklaam sells and rents holographic fan displays (hologram fans) and produces 3D content to create eye-catching visuals for retail spaces, exhibitions, and promotional areas. The core goal of this project was to turn a "complex" product into a clear offer: what it is, how it works, which options are available, what the service includes (delivery/installation/support), and how to request a quote fast. We structured the page around three intent paths — "buy / rent / order 3D video" — reinforced trust through transparent blocks (process, benefits, key properties, accessories), and delivered a multilingual, mobile-friendly experience focused on clarity and conversion.

Solution
intent-driven landing structure + trust via transparent blocks
Outcome
clearer journeys, higher trust, fewer pre-sales questions

Context

3D Reklaam sits at the intersection of hardware and content: customers don't just "buy a device" — they need to understand use cases, service scope, and expected outcomes. Without a clear structure, a landing page becomes a gallery of visuals that still forces users to ask basic questions. The content must explain the technology, reduce perceived risk, and lead to an inquiry through a clear intent-based journey.

Problem

What broke for users: the tech feels complex ("what exactly do I get?"), unclear differences between rent / buy / 3D video, service uncertainty: delivery, installation, support, warranty. What was at stake for the business: lost leads due to trust barriers and confusion, low-quality inquiries with no context, weak mobile conversion control.

Goal

Create a landing page that: explains the offer in seconds, drives inquiries across three intents (rent/buy/3D video), answers key questions before contact (process, properties, accessories, support), keeps clarity on mobile.

Strategy

Intent-first structure: what users want → matching block. Trust through predictability: "how it works" + warranty/support. Visual proof: large images + short explanations. Objection handling: properties/accessories as answers to practical questions. Mobile scan-friendly: clear hierarchy, understandable CTAs, minimal overload.

UX Decision Logic

A clear "how it works" process builds trust

The steps block turns interest into trust: users understand what happens next, and that there's no "magic" — just a clear process. This reduces clarifying questions and improves inquiry quality: the client already knows there will be coordination, production/preparation, and delivery/installation.

"Why us" — trust through tangible reasons

For B2B solutions, emotions matter less than verifiable arguments. The "Why us" block gathers selection reasons in one line: pricing, quality, warranty, support. This reduces risk perception and helps users decide without an extra call "just to understand if we can trust you".

Product options explained as clear configurations

The screen shows that the product scales: from a single device to a video wall. For the client, this removes the key question "will it work for my case". We maintain a simple structure: heading → visual → short explanation, so that a complex configuration reads as an obvious option, not a technical barrier.

Accessories & key properties as objection-handling

Separate blocks about properties and accessories answer practical questions before users ask them: installation, control, audio, remote management, stands/mounts/protection. This reduces "hidden unknowns", increases the sense of a complete service, and makes inquiries more specific (the client already understands what they need).

Mobile flow: readable hierarchy and clear actions

On mobile, users more often "scan", so large headings, clean hierarchy, and clear buttons are crucial. This screen shows that the product presentation doesn't fall apart on phones: users see the visual, a short explanation, and an action, without losing context. This is critical for a lead-gen page that's often opened directly "in the field".

Where the solutions are used and how to get in touch

This screen combines key use cases for the services and a convenient inquiry form. Users immediately understand if the solution fits their task and can submit a request without extra steps — purchase or rental, in one interface.

What we did

  • Built an intent-driven landing structure: sales / rental / 3D video production
  • Designed a "how it works" process map from inquiry to installation
  • Reinforced trust with tangible reasons: warranty, support, quality, clear conditions
  • Presented the product through configurations (Solo / video wall) and real use cases
  • Handled practical objections via key properties and accessories (control, audio, mounts, protection)
  • Delivered multilingual, mobile-readable content hierarchy

What we consciously did NOT do

  • Did not use manipulative urgency tactics
  • Did not hide service terms behind "call us — we'll explain"
  • Did not overload the page with technical details that don't help decision-making
  • Did not break the mobile experience for the sake of desktop "beauty"

Result

For users

  • Clear understanding of what the technology is and where it applies
  • Easier to choose a scenario (buy / rent / order 3D video)
  • More trust thanks to transparent process and service promises
  • Fewer questions before inquiry — more specificity
"We packaged complex technology into a simple solution scenario."

How this case relates to our services

3D Reklaam is an example of how product presentation and landing page structure turn complex technology into a clear commercial offer. We apply these approaches in ADME projects: landing pages, B2B websites, and product pages where clarity, trust, and lead generation are critical.

Why this case is a UX reference

Because it demonstrates the core principle of product communication: don't overcomplicate. We don't convince with "marketing" — we give users a solution structure: what it is, how it works, what's included, which options exist, and what the next step is. For B2B tech, this directly impacts trust and lead quality.

FAQ

Because the technology is new: users need to understand the steps and service before submitting an inquiry.

It reduces confusion: each user immediately sees their scenario and doesn't waste time on irrelevant content.

To address practical questions in advance (control, mounting, protection, audio) and increase confidence.

The page is often opened on-site — at an event or retail location. Quick understanding and action are essential there.

Transparent process, warranty/support, clear terms, and no manipulative tactics.
